Our on-site trainer, Bridget McAslan, offers private, group, and trailer-in lessons. All levels and ages are welcome!

WE OFFER

A welcoming and supportive community. A lesson and training program that works with riders to meet their goals, whether that be trail riding in the mountains, taking those first canter steps, or just enjoying the companionship of horses.

Riding builds skills for life: independence, confidence, and responsibility. Bridget’s lesson program is focused on good horsemanship–riders learn to work with their horse to meet goals as a team, and confidence-building exercises are incorporated into lessons to develop riders that are strong on and off the horse. Many of our riders are just beginning in the sport of horseback riding, and Bridget enjoys helping riders develop a solid foundation to build upon as they find their passion. We also have excellent school horses to help riders begin their horsemanship journey.

Bridget has extensive experience training gaited horses and is particularly interested in developing safe, well-exposed trail horses of all breeds. She blends techniques from classical dressage, natural horsemanship, and biomechanics to create a customized training program designed for the unique needs of your horse. Her goal with every training client is to create a sustainable relationship between horse and rider.

The lesson program works with riders to meet their goals, whether it be riding in the mountains, learning to jump, or just enjoying the companionship of horses. All students start in private lessons until they have the skills to tack up independently and ride independently.

Full board at the historic Perry Park Ranch includes hay, grain, supplement feeding, mucking, daily turnout, blanketing as needed, barn manager lives on site.
